We are a family business operated by owners Werner and Elena Obermeier since 1996.

We pack and freight to any location in Australia and overseas and provide a return option for purchases via the internet.

We guarantee the authenticity of all artwork and supply a certificate for each painting

Purchase of paintings:

• Australian Sales: All prices for sales in Australia are in Australian Dollars and include GST. All quotes provided are valid for two weeks only.
• Export Sales - Overseas Customers: Overseas customers may select their preferred currency -USD, GBP or EURO. Prices displayed in other currencies are export prices and do not include the Australian Goods and Services Tax.

We invoice and process  payments via credit card or otherwise in Australian Dollars based on the daily exchange rate.

As soon as we receive an order we secure the painting(s) and get them ready for dispatch.
In the instance that you are not satisfied you may return the items against a refund.

Conditions/terms for a refund:

The artwork has to be dispatched within 3 working days after it has been received.

The artwork must arrive back in its original condition with all certification and documentation.

The expense for the return is the responsibility of the customer.

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards.

Shipping:

We use DHL or Australia Post for overseas deliveries and Australian Air Express, TNT or Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. Customers may be able to track the shipment. Custom charges may be levied when goods arrive at overseas destinations. Those charges are the responsibility of customers.
