Return Policy

Customers buying from our website will be able to return unstretched paintings within 2 weeks from the delivery date. 
We guarantee a full refund of the product price within 2 days after we receive back the painting.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

(In the unlikely event that a painting is lost or damaged on transport we will reimburse customers in full as soon as we receive written and photographic confirmation of the transport company that the painting was lost or damaged on transport.)
